Facility
• Showroom area minimum, 500 square feet, Ultimate Game Chair must receive at least as much space as its competitors are afforded.
• Attractive building designed appropriately for industry & region*
• Clean and organized showroom
• Finished Floors and Walls
• Primary road location
• Approved Internally-illuminated sign with current logo permanently affixed to a permanent pole or the building
• Secure Storage Area
• Dedicated parts and service areas (separate from showroom)
• Reasonable business Hours (A posted set of regular hours that are strictly observed
i.e. Five days / week min., ≥5 hours on Saturday*)
• A proper and secure storage area for records that must be maintained under the Dealer Agreement
• Video Game Chairs demo'd with Game Consoles and appropriate games

Once I submit a completed application, how are Ultimate Game Chair
selected?
Once a completed application is received it is evaluated by Ultimate Game Chair Acceptance with respect to floorplan layout with respect to your business plan, retail commitment, facility, etc. Multiple applications may be
reviewed for one market and the best proposal will be presented for final approval from our executive committee.

Once I submit a completed application, how long does the approval process take?
The approval process will vary depending on individual situations. A good timeline to follow is 45 days once a completed application is received.
Does Ultimate Game Chair charge a franchise fee?
No, Ultimate Game Chair dealers are not franchised. Ultimate Game Chair dealerships are independently owned and operated. All
dealer enter into and agreement to sell our product. |
